Hardy Elementary is partnering with PickUp Patrol to help better manage our dismissal process.
Secure, Efficient, & Convenient
PickUp Patrol provides a layer of safety to our dismissal process by authorizing plan changes and automatically tracking student dismissal plans. The application reduces classroom interruptions, speeds up dismissal time and is administered by our own school staff.
ALL plan changes should now be submitted through PickUp Patrol. When making changes, please do not send notes, emails or call the school, except in an emergency.
How It Works
Regular Days: Students follow their normal dismissal plan. This is their Default Plan.
Kate rides the Bus every day
Tim is a PickUp on MTWH and goes to Aftercare on Fridays
Plans Changes: When you need to make a change to your child’s Default Plan, submit it using PickUp Patrol. The office and your child’s teacher will be alerted to the change.
Kate is getting picked up instead of taking the bus
Attendance: Use PickUp Patrol to report absences, late arrivals and early dismissals too.
Tim is leaving early for a dentist appointment
