Dear Parents:
In an effort to migrate information and people to the Hardy PTO website (http://hardyelementary.org/), we are changing the format of the weekly Hardy Highlights email and eliminating the monthly Hardy Headlines newsletter.
Starting next week, on Sunday evening/Monday mornings, you will receive a Hardy Highlights email with bullet points listing upcoming events at Hardy and events around town. There will no longer be a PDF accompanying the email. All fliers and detailed information on these events will be posted on the Hardy website under the Hardy Highlights (weekly email) tab.
In addition, we will no longer publish the monthly newsletter. Kinkead's Korner and letters from your PTO will be directly posted on the Hardy website and updated monthly. New postings, will be highlighted in the weekly emails.
We hope you will bookmark the Hardy website http://hardyelementary.org/ and if you haven't already, start utilizing it for all the information you might need about upcoming PTO events such as today's skating party, Science night in March, school spirit days, walk to school days, assemblies, school lunches, etc.
Did you know that you can even download the Hardy calendar to your personal device (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc)! Go to the Hardy homepage and click the "google calendar" in the bottom right of the calendar for step by step instructions.
A huge thanks to Maura Renzella and Stacy Scott who spend countless hours assembling the Hardy Highlights each week and to Phylliss Hill and Jeff Piazza who have done an amazing job with our new website, allowing us all to stay informed. Remember, if you have something to be included in the weekly Hardy Highlights email, please send it to hardyheadlines@gmail.com by noon on Sundays.
